Service was exceptional. its professionally explain to customer their ecpectations of service. the initial process from obtaining a loan programs base on a customer qualifications is with an ethical approach and care.
Jessica explained everything so thoroughly from the very beginning of the whole process. She took the time to make sure we had all the information we needed before making any decisions toward purchasing our first home. While we were looking at properties, she took the time to look into each property and tell us what the figures were so we could properly compare each house. During escrow, she always kept us updated with how things were going on her end, and we never felt unsure or in the dark about anything. She reminded us of things we needed to submit or sign which was helpful since we are pretty busy throughout the day.
