Easy and quick.
Jessica was there for us from the time we were just thinking about buying a place. She sent us emails on home buying information, etc until we reached out to her when we were ready to proceed. She was patient, transparent, and very informative throughout the process. I felt like she truly cared about making sure that we got a property we really liked. We went into escrow twice, through no fault of hers (it was the initial sellers' fault), and although we walked away from the first property, Jessica was supportive of our decision and helpful in securing the loan for a different property, which we are so grateful to her for. The realtor she recommended and the title company were as EXCELLENT as she was and I will highly recommend all of them to my family and friends. I will definitely call on Jessica and Guild Mortgage again for our next property.
