I ws less than 1 years removed from a bankcruptcy when we contacted John. As a Veteran, the normal wait time for a Veteran to recieve a VA loan is 24 month post bancruptcy discharge. I had heard of exceptions to this rule, but no loan officers/companies could tell me anything about it. All loan officers I spoke to didn't want o touch me once they heard about the bankcruptcy until 2 years or more after discharge. John was different, he researched the exceptions for Veterans getting VA loans following a bankruptcy, and was and to help us show extenuating circumstances in my case, and help me through the application process.
