Matt Reyes

I’m Matt Reyes, Producing Branch Manager with Guild Mortgage. I began my mortgage banking career in 2015 and worked through nearly every step of the mortgage process before becoming a loan officer and branch manager. That experience shaped how I serve my clients today: be accessible, communicate clearly, anticipate challenges, and ultimately create an exceptional home lending process.

 

Born and raised in Georgia, I earned my degree in Finance from the University of Georgia. After purchasing my first home, I realized I wanted to help others experience that same sense of accomplishment. Today, The Matt Reyes Group helps homebuyers, homeowners, real estate professionals, and families throughout Metro Atlanta. I’m especially passionate about guiding first-time homebuyers and making sure they feel informed and confident from our first conversation through the closing table.

 

My achievements are a reflection of the clients, referral partners, and team members who have trusted me throughout my career. I’ve been recognized with Scotsman Guide Top Originators and Mortgage Executive Magazine’s Top 1% Mortgage Originators in America.

 

I’m a member of the Mortgage Action Alliance, Georgia Farm Bureau, and Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association.

 

Outside of mortgage lending, family is at the center of my life. I’m a husband to my wife, Brittany, and proud dad to FOUR amazing girls—my “girl gang.” My hobbies are spending time with my family and coaching softball.
