Did a fantastic job approving t he loan

Kim and the Academy Mortgage were a literal godsend to myself and my wife during this loan process. Our process at the 11th hour with Academy was easier than it was with the nearly 8 weeks we were with our previous lender. Kim, had actually provided us information to assist with getting a better rate with the previous lender before, we became official clients. After, the previous lender failed to get us closed on our initial close date, Kim came in with her cape on and not only got us closed in a week but she was able to provide us with a lower interest rate, less cash to clothes, and less fees. But, the biggest thing to me was how awesome Kim and her staff was with my wife who had grown frustrated and sadden with the process from dealing with our previous lender. Kim and her team of genuinely amazing ladies provided my wife with detailed steps as to the why and what things were for while they were working on our packet. Those 1 on 1 conversations did so much to empower her and more importantly ease the anxiety that the process was giving her calm and confidence in what was happening. I appreciate, everything Kim was able to do for us.!!

Working with Kim was an absolutely delightful experience. Her and her team made my process so easy in purchasing my house.
