Although I am originally from Newark, New Jersey, I now call Evans/Augusta home.  I am a community oriented, local lender serving all of Georgia and South Carolina.  Having been in the mortgage industry since 2015, I am eager to help customers find the right loan product that best fits their individual needs.  In my free time, I love serving others, shopping and enjoying some quiet moments.   
Effective communication is my specialty.  As a mortgage lender, it is important, to me, for every customer to enjoy the homebuying process and have a pleasant experience.  As a result, I strive to be easy to talk to and believe in being clear, consistent and transparent.  My goal is to listen to what my customers say and what they do not say to create the home buying scenario (monthly payment, etc.) that is most important for everyone.   Whether you are a first-time homebuyer, purchasing your first investment property, wanting to refinance or in need of down payment assistance, what also sets me apart is my availability to my dedicated customers.  While I do not work around the clock, I do understand the need for flexibility as there may be times when I am needed outside of conventional work hours.
As a mortgage lender with a customer service background, I go out of my way to address your specific, unique needs making you feel special.  This is because I understand the emotional aspect of the home buying process.  My previous work in the mental health field, substance abuse field and children's behavioral health field allow me to meet my customers where they are overcoming levels of fear, and obstacles that would otherwise hold one back.  Having earned a BA degree in Psychology from Paine College, a dual degree Master's in Health Administration and a Master's in Business Administration from Pfeiffer University along with my previous professional experience gives me a problem-solving mindset.  As a former Adjunct Professor of a local University, I believe in making sure every individual can make an informed decision when it comes to buying a home.  Therefore, I use my industry knowledge to educate one about all aspects of today's home buying market. 
Some community, business-related and fun accomplishments include the following:
  -  Appointment by the 2025 President of the Realtors of Greater Augusta (RGA) to serve on a special Financial Literacy Sub-committee,  - Future Moguls: Real Estate & Finance Program - with the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Augusta. 
  -  Mentor of a local Christian outreach program for young ladies ages 10-19.
  -  Vice Chair of PWB Georgia (Professional Women in Building).
  -  Member of the local Evans/Augusta chapter of PWB. 
  -  Active member of the Home Builders Association of Greater Aiken Augusta Region.
  -  Completed the Mortgage Bankers Association of Georgia's Future Leaders Program.
  -  Served on the board of 1st East Central Georgia Partners in Home Ownership.
  -  Raised over $15,700 for the local and State Alzheimer's Association.
  -  Community teacher/educator on financial literacy, understanding credit, homeownership etc.  I have spoken to countless entities, at no cost, which include but are not limited to Church's, employers, non-profit organizations, City/Government entities, to name a few.
  -  Former Professional NFL Cheerleader for the Carolina Panthers 2004, & 2005.
