I have over 30 years of Mortgage Lending experience. I work with new home builders realtors repeat clients and referrals. I specialize in new construction FHA conventional VA USDA and jumbo residential loans. In addition we offer products that are non-conventional. My assistant processors underwriters and closers are all local. I control the entire process from beginning to end. Whether you are purchasing or refinancing I can help you obtain your goals with a broad portfolio of products. I am a current and past President's Club and Executive Club Member at Guild Mortgage Company. I am also a member of the Gold Coast Builders Treasure Coast Builders and Marion County Builders Association.
