C.R. Vaughn

I am privileged to say that I have been helping families achieve the American Dream of home ownership for over thirty-seven years.  I am licensed in Delaware, Pennsylvania, Maryland, Louisiana, and Florida. With my vast experience and knowledge of the industry it would be my pleasure to guide you through the mortgage process. 

Being a Delaware native, I began my career there and have strong ties to the community and surrounding regions. Happily celebrating thirty one years of marriage this spring, my wife Beth is a retired educator and mother to our two amazing daughters.  Both are graduates of High Point University in North Carolina.  Our oldest daughter Melanie is a talented Interior Designer living in Charleston, South Carolina. Our daughter Katie is keeping her roots firmly planted in Delaware and has a successful career in the mortgage industry right here at Guild Mortgage. 

My wife and I love boating, traveling, and entertaining.  We’ve recently moved to Florida and made Punta Gorda our home.  After visiting the area for years, we knew it was the place for us.  Being new to the area, we look forward to meeting new people and enjoying the Florida sunshine.
