Paul Weidner is a Branch Manager and Mortgage Loan Originator with Guild Mortgage, serving clients in Ormond Beach, Florida and throughout Florida and Georgia. With over two decades of experience in the mortgage industry since 2003, Paul brings deep expertise and a steady, client-focused approach to every transaction.

 

He offers a full range of residential mortgage solutions, including conventional, FHA, VA, and jumbo loans, as well as specialized products such as reverse mortgages and HELOC; including options for investment properties. Paul is committed to helping clients find the right financing strategy to fit their unique goals, whether they are purchasing, refinancing, or leveraging home equity.

 

Known for his personalized service and attention to detail, Paul takes pride in building long-term relationships and guiding clients through the lending process with clarity and confidence.

 

Outside of his professional life, Paul is married to his wife Karen and is a proud father of four adult children and grandfather to six. He is an active member of Relevant Church in Daytona Beach, where he serves on the worship team and partners with his wife in leading the marriage ministry. In his free time, Paul enjoys sailing, kayaking, boating, and traveling; especially taking road trips in their truck camper to explore remote destinations.
