LUCAS WAS OUTSTANDING!! I previously worked with Myra and, unfortunately, I cannot recommend her. She lacks the attention to detail necessary when handling finances. She missed a critical detail in my home purchase — the interest rate — which she led me to believe was one thing, only for the builder to later discover it was wrong. Because of that mistake, I had to walk away from building my custom to-be-built dream home and instead settle for a spec home. The new interest rate pushed the purchase above what I could afford, and it was heartbreaking. Once Lucas took over, everything completely turned around. He was thorough, detailed, and trustworthy — exactly what you need when making such a major investment. I knew he was looking at my situation carefully, not just plugging numbers into a formula. His communication and response times were excellent, and I felt he truly had my best interest at heart. Had I started with Lucas from the beginning, it likely would’ve been a perfect experience from start to finish. While Myra’s oversight cost me the opportunity to build my dream home, I am so grateful that Lucas was there to step in and ensure things ended on a positive note.
