Since 1996, Rachel Rogers and The Hometown Team at Guild Mortgage have dedicated their mortgage careers to helping families achieve sustainable homeownership through education, advocacy, and personalized guidance. Serving North Florida communities including Duval, Clay, Nassau, Baker, and St. Johns counties, Rachel specializes in first-time homebuyers, affordable housing solutions, down payment assistance programs, manufactured homes, and credit-readiness coaching.

 

Known for her deep guideline knowledge and creative loan-structuring expertise, Rachel has built a reputation as the lender who helps clients find solutions when others say no. Through The Hometown Team, she has created a relationship-driven approach centered around financial literacy, long-term success, and helping clients navigate the path to homeownership with confidence. Throughout her career, she has earned recognition as a Presidents Club producer, Scotsman Guide Top 1% performer, and finalist for Academy Mortgage's prestigious Dwayne Shaw Award.

 

Outside of lending, Rachel is deeply involved in her community, serving for more than 20 years on the board of Clay Behavioral, supporting mental health and substance abuse awareness initiatives throughout Clay County. A lifelong Florida resident, Rachel enjoys gardening, beach days, and spending time with her grandchildren.
