Hi, I'm Lisa Shedd Daniels! As a Branch Manager with over 33 years in the mortgage industry, I've had the privilege of helping thousands of families turn their dream of homeownership into reality. What I love most about this work is the people. My clients often become friends, and there's nothing more rewarding than helping someone realize they can afford a home. That moment of realization-and the joy on closing day-is what fuels my passion every single day.

Being a lifelong resident of this area gives me a unique perspective and deep connection to the community I serve. When I issue an approval letter, it's not just a document-it's my word. As a Branch Manager, I take pride in leading with integrity and delivering exceptional service. My commitment to clear communication, creative problem-solving, and genuine care has earned the trust of clients and referral partners who return time and again. A referral is the greatest compliment I can receive.

Outside of work, I serve on the Clay County Housing Finance Board and the 4H Foundation Board, giving back to the community that has given me so much. I'm also incredibly proud of my family-my husband Scott, a veteran; my daughter Jenna; my son Justin and his wife Samantha; and my two amazing grandchildren, Callie and Carson.

When I'm not working, my hobbies include traveling, discovering hidden foodie gems, or treasure hunting in local thrift stores.
