Hi, I'm John Nguyen, and I've had the privilege of working in the mortgage industry for over 25 years. I became a loan officer in 1999 because I'm passionate about helping people achieve their financial goals and make the transition from renting to owning their dream homes. Over the years, I've worked with a wide range of loan programs, including conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and Jumbo loans, but I specialize in Non-QM loans like bank statement, 1099, DSCR, P&L, and no ratio loans. These specialized loans allow me to help clients with unique financial situations find solutions that work for them. Throughout my career, I've consistently been a member of the President's Club with every lender I've partnered with, a recognition I'm proud of. What I enjoy most about my work is the sense of fulfillment I get when my clients finally settle into their new homes. Helping people achieve homeownership brings me immense joy and satisfaction. When I'm not working, I love staying active by working out and traveling with my family. Creating lasting memories with my loved ones is something I truly value.
