 Hi, I'm John Nguyen, and I've had the privilege of working in the mortgage industry for over 25 years. I became a loan officer in 1999 because I'm passionate about helping people achieve their financial goals and make the transition from renting to owning their dream homes. Over the years, I've worked with a wide range of loan programs, including conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, and Jumbo loans, but I specialize in Non-QM loans like bank statement, 1099, DSCR, P&L, and no ratio loans.
