I have been in the commercial real estate and mortgage banking business for over 30 years. For the first 15 years of my career, I focused exclusively on commercial real estate management, brokerage and finance, where I transacted nearly $1 Billion of business.  Recognizing a unique opportunity with the proliferation of hi rise condominium development in the market, I transitioned to the residential sector in 2003 and quickly become a national top performer with end loan mortgage originations.  

 

I presently manage a specialized group at Guild Mortgage Corporation, which is one of the largest direct, non-bank mortgage lenders in the United States and a publicly traded company on the New York Stock Exchange. The group I manage focuses in large part on providing mortgage loans to buyers of new construction residential properties, and to providing the necessary Fannie Mae and HUD (FHA) approvals for high-rise condominium towers throughout the State of Florida.  Notwithstanding, I still originate millions of dollars of single-family home loans, in addition to the large volume of condominium transactions for both domestic and foreign national buyers.

I am also pleased to be considered a trusted adviser to many of the nation's largest real estate developers, institutional owners and asset managers, as well as a local market expert to hundreds of realtors, closing agents and management companies throughout the State.
