I began my career in the mortgage industry creating and managing independent joint-venture mortgage operations for Countrywide Home Loans. Our joint-venture partners included the largest and most successful builder, developer, and real estate brokerage companies in the Southeast United States.

I then joined JPMorgan Chase to co-create their National Builder Division. Through intensive recruiting and relationship development efforts, I helped create one of the most formidable portfolios of builder and developer-driven mortgage businesses in the industry. Following that, Chase asked to help start their REO Finance division, and I went on to become the top REO mortgage originator in the Southeast.

Presently, I run a comprehensive mortgage finance group at Guild Mortgage, which specializes in providing financing for buyers of new construction residential properties, including condominiums. We are recognized experts in the residential financing of new construction condo and single-family projects and have implemented successful finance strategies for many of the most prominent projects in South Florida. Our clients include the top developers, asset management, and equity fund groups in the country.
