He kept me apprised of how everything was going with the underwriting, sent me all the documents through DocuSign for completion. If I wasn’t sure about something or needed help, Evan was always there with his kind, friendly, pleasant demeanor to assist me. He didn’t get bothered by little questions that I thought he might.
