When I spoke to Ben for the first time, he was very tentative, very understanding, and patient with me. This was a big purchase and alot of decisions needed to be made, and yes I was nervous. Little did I know that Ben would made it very seemless. I have never been more comfortable with someone. Sometimes people get scared and very worried with the list and required documents that is needed, but not me because of the Ben. He walked me through everything from day one. Ben made me feel.like part of the family, and that is a great feeling. He always was available when I have any questions, no matter big or small, or even the same questions over and over again. He was available. I appreciate his dedication and complete understanding so very much. When I got the word approved, I was so happy and elated. Ben and his whole team still continued to work seemlessly with me throughout the rest of the process. Then when I got the clearance to close and the closing date, I really started to see all my dreams coming true. Then at closing, that was the happiest day of my life. I couldn't hold back the happy tears when I got the keys to our new home. I call it, the "family home" where our family will always gather. I sincerely thank you Ben so much for your kindness and unwavering dedication making my dreams come true. I also want to truly thank his whole team for their deligenence and allowing me to be apart of the Guild team.
