I specialize in new construction, first-time homebuyers, manufactured homes on land, investor loans, jumbo financing, bank statement programs, VA and FHA loans, and a variety of down payment assistance programs—ensuring every borrower has access to the right solution for their unique goals.

I live in Windsor, Colorado with my husband, Troy, and our two dogs, Elton John and Tucker. I’m the proud mom of three grown children and four grandchildren. When I’m not working with clients, you’ll usually find me traveling, golfing with friends, hiking Colorado trails, or climbing 14ers—I love a good challenge both personally and professionally.
