Michelle has played an integral role with numerous clients over the years! The more difficult situations where the clients who were self-employed which meant more questions, more paperwork, and overall more scrutiny when applying for a loan. Once I connected them with Michelle, she helped them through the entire transaction and explained what every document that was needed and why. She was the reason that these buyers were able to qualify and get approved for a loan. Not only was Michelle the one that made it happen, but she worked diligently with each of them to make sure that they got, for example; their appraisal back on time, that their ILC wasn’t in a flood zone and was approved by the title company, and was even prepared to close early in case the sellers allowed us to. Each of these items were handled seamlessly and happily with Michelle! Sometimes she even turned a worrisome situation into a lighthearted one with the buyer so that they felt at ease throughout the entire purchase process. I always recommend Michelle to every one of my clients and they have had an awesome experience with her from beginning to end! I would gladly use her again as she is knowledgeable at what she does and it shows!
