Unlike many lenders who prioritize applications, I begin 90% of my buyer relationships with a personal consultation - via call, Zoom, or in person. This approach allows me to understand my clients' unique situations and address any major fears or concerns they may have about buying or refinancing. Guild offers a wide variety of lending options, including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Jumbo, and Flex Mortgage Options (Reverse Mortgage). I emphasize the importance of a lender's reputation in getting offers accepted in the current market. When two offers are similar, listing agents often encourage their sellers to choose based on the lender's reputation. My team works together to ensure timely communication and updates throughout the process. As Colorado resident since childhood, I attended Colorado State University and spent a few years in the Vail Valley after college. I enjoy skiing, snowboarding, golf, motorcycle riding, camping, fishing, and hiking with my family, including my wonderful wife Nicole and our two high school-aged children.
