Jim is a veteran in the financial service industry with over 24 years of mortgage lending experience. He brings his skills, knowledge and expertise to Guild Mortgage at the Grand Junction location.

Jim takes pride in working closely with his clients, whether he's helping them secure the right mortgage to realize their dreams, or educating them on how to make credit decisions that have a positive impact on their financial future.

His outstanding interpersonal and problem-solving skills, along with his track record for closing transactions allows him to excel as a home loan professional and build a solid reputation with his clients, resulting in satisfied customers, repeat business and referrals.

Jim and his wife, Heidi, were fortunate enough to move to Grand Junction several years ago to be closer to family. After visiting siblings, parents and grandparents for three decades, they moved to Grand Junction in 2015 and they are enjoying all the wonderful outdoor opportunities the Western Slope has to offer, including mountain biking, hiking, camping and Jeeping.

Jim is on the Board of Directors for the Center for Children, the HopeWest Grand Valley Advisory Board and the current President of the Horizon Sunrise Rotary. He is also a member of the Colorado Mortgage Lenders Association and is a Certified Mortgage Lender (CML). Jim has been the guest speaker at several Colorado Organizations including the Grand Junction Area Realtor Association, the Colorado Housing Finance Authority, the Grand Junction Chamber of Commerce, the Colorado Mortgage Lenders Association, the Colorado Association of Mortgage Professionals the Colorado Association of Realtors, the National Association of Professional Mortgage Women and multiple Realtor Groups.
