Making Your Homeownership Dreams a Reality

Personalized Mortgage Solutions for Every Journey

About me

Troy’s roots in the Windsor and surrounding communities run very deep. His ancestors were Germans from Russia and settled in Windsor in 1899. Troy graduated from Windsor High School and is proud to be a Windsor Wizard like his grandfather and mother before him and two sons after him. Troy serves on the Windsor Chamber Board of Directors and is a strong supporter of the community. Troy’s wife, Norma, is his assistant and was a long-time resident of Fort Collins until moving to Windsor in 2017. Norma is bilingual and can help Spanish speaking borrowers who prefer Spanish vs English. In their spare time Troy and Norma enjoy gardening, exercising, biking, hiking, and entertaining guests at their home. They have three adult children, Alex, Noah, and Omar. Troy and Norma are dedicated to helping you achieve your homeownership goals. If you are a first-time/several time homebuyers, property investor, or refinancing a home or second property, they have the knowledge and expertise to help you through the process as with many different loan programs like Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, CHFA and Metro DPA. And, as a direct lender--all loan processing, underwriting, closing, and funding are handled locally which allows us to close quickly. Troy and Norma are happy to assist you in navigating the mortgage process with ease and efficiency.
