He understood my situation and in no way ever pressured me or made me feel like he was in it for just the commision. That was very important for me seeing as I didn't want to get pressured into something I couldn't afford. Josh is awesome! He is knowledgeable, responsive, a good listener and very helpful. We loved working with him. He is not pushy and genuinely enjoys helping people with their loan!
