Vern was amazing throughout the entire process and he is extremely good at what he does. He is knowledgeable and always willing to help. His explanation of things was very clear and we never once felt like we didn't understand or not know what was going on. Vern was very responsive and made it a priority to check in with us regularly. We did hit a snag a few days before closing and Vern and his team rallied in order to find answers and a solution. In what should have been a very stressful time, we felt at ease knowing Vern was working on it and we had complete trust in him. We didn't feel like we were working with a loan officer but with a friend. Vern very clearly cares about his clients and we are so grateful to him for all of his help and support.
