Hi, I'm Melanie Henn, Your Mortgage Matchmaker, and for over 35 years, I've been helping families and individuals find the right home loan for where they are in life.

I work with Buyers and Homeowners throughout Colorado, yet I proudly call Colorado Springs my "hometown." However, I am also licensed in New Mexico and Arkansas, offering personalized mortgage solutions through Guild Mortgage. I specialize in First-Time Homebuyer loans, VA loans for our Veterans and active-duty military and am a certified Homes for Heroes Lending Representative.  I love assisting the Move-Up Buyers as well, helping with Jumbo loans, Investor loans, Conventional and FHA financing options.
