Welcome! I'm Demi Blacklidge Loan Officer and I have worked in the mortgage origination business since 1996 . Over my career I have closed millions of dollars of loan transactions and my particular areas of expertise have been throughout the state of Colorado. Our Branch Office in Colorado Springs is equipped to complete the entire loan process in-house- all loan processing underwriting closings and funding are handled locally. As a result we have a proven track record of closing loans as quickly and efficiently as possible and I will be up-to-date on the status of your loan at all times. A strong supporter of our communities I participate in volunteer work with Marian House Soup Kitchen each year. I was born in Panama Central America and have lived in Germany and New Zealand; however I have lived in Colorado Springs most of my adult life. My dad served in the military and that the reason I lived in many amazing places. However Colorado has always been home. In my free time I enjoy traveling exercising working on my house and yard and spending time with my friends and family.
