-2x Ironman Triathlon finisher
-3x international competitor in Takewon-Do (Russia, Canada, Australia)
-Solo hiked the length of Vermont, "Long Trail", 273 miles
-Solo motorcycle ride from Boulder, CO to Artic Circle (Inuvik, Canada, 2001)
-Hoka Hey Motorcycle endurance rider, 10K miles in 10 days, 11 hours, 8th place finisher
-Captain of the equestrian team at University of California at Davis
