Hello! I hope we will have an opportunity to work together.  I have been a Californian since 1987, immigrating from the Philippines. I have been in the mortgage lending industry for about twenty years.  Experience has taught me that not everyone may have the same path to home ownership, but the same destination: housing wealth.  I have helped families from all walks of life.  Families with moderate income, fair credit, no down payment funds; most of what they have is their determination to own their first home.  For first-time home buyers my job goes beyond simply rates; it is setting you up for success on your goals, budget, the right program, and monitoring and managing your equity.

“Passion is the energy that comes from bringing more of YOU into what you do.” (Anonymous) A few years back I met a senior couple looking to lower their monthly payment because their social security income was just not enough to have the quality of life they had hoped for.  It was during this process that it became my mission and now my passion to help our seniors in housing wealth management matters.  Retirement is a long road with many concerns to navigate in order to have a successful retirement.  Let’s have a conversation with your financial advisor on how a HECM can help manage longevity risk, Inflation risk, excess withdrawal risk, and sequence of return risk.  A HECM is not for everyone, however, it is worth knowing and understanding how it plays a part in your housing wealth management.  My passion is to educate seniors and their children about reverse mortgage usages and strategies.

Outside of work I love spending time with my wonderful wife and two boys.  You may find me hitting the bike trails, boxing at the gym, restoring my 1971 Mustang, or just helping with Saint Edwards church activities.
