On May 25th 2023 I contacted Guild Mortgage seeking help for a Refi or Reverse Mort. Tyler Blackman contacted me and we discussed my situation. Tyler sent me 3 Proposals to look at to help me decide which route to take. Knowing nothing about Reverse Mort. Tyler explained all of them to me. I knew after he finished that He was the guy I wanted to go with. I could tell he had a sincere attitude to help me, not trying to sell just a Mortgage. We agreed on a Reverse Mortgage and I gave him the information to move forward. We talked daily if need be and everything went so very well. I had some problems he had to work with me on, Credit, and just plain hard luck. I had lost my job that I thought I would have forever. He just kept moving forward. I have never seen Tyler, or met him. But, I am sure glad I got to know him! Thanks Tyler, My friend. Next time I need help, you will be the first call I make. Great service from Tyler and Guild Mortgage.

Tyler has been there every step of the way! He knows this reverse mortgage stuff inside and out. Tyler had an answer for every question I had. Gave great financial points along the way. This is my 3rd reverse and my 2nd with Tyler. He respected the knowledge I myself had but taught me so much more. He takes your personal situations into consideration and doesn't group you into the norm. I have been able to upgrade my home with a walk-in shower, landscaping and a beautiful garage with custom cabinets and epoxy flooring. I consider him a friend and someone who I can turn to at any time! One happy costumer!
