Thank you Ron We were extremely blessed to have you as our loan officer.. your service and attention to detail was outstanding very knowledgeable. Top notch service and extremely wonderful communication from start to finish! We hope to do future business with you again!
Ron is very honest about the closing costs. They were lower than expected. He kept me informed throughout the process and sent me several thoughtful emails. Guild had a good process and it only took a couple of weeks from application to closing. Guild was my original lender so it was so nice not to have to use an online mortgage broker and get bombarded with spam and phishing scams.
