About Me
I am a firm believer in anticipating your needs and delivering beyond your expectations. When it comes to being proactive and providing you up-to-date loan status information, I am always accessible. My clients know what a difference my professionalism, dedication and commitment make. I have been a licensed mortgage loan originator since 1991 and have a thorough knowledge of Conventional home financing, FHA, FHA Limited 203(k), CHF Platinum, VA, USDA, Reverse Mortgages, and CalHFA first-time home buyer programs. I promptly return phone calls and I’m available on weekends.
I have been a Sacramento resident for more than 40 years and I’m very active in the local community. I’m a member of the Sacramento Association of Realtors® Finance Committee and served as Affiliate Finance Chair for the Sacramento Association of Realtors® Board from 2003 – 2005. I currently serve on the board of directors of Rebuilding Together Sacramento (RTS), which serves our community’s Veterans and elderly in need.
Prior to joining Guild, I was honored as a member of VITEK Mortgage Group’s President’s Club from 1999 until our acquisition with Guild Mortgage and have been consistently recognized as a top producer. My experience, knowledge and commitment enable me to provide my clients with total lender support in the increasingly competitive market.
