Robert Turrietta | Senior Mortgage Loan Originator

Robert Turrietta has been a licensed mortgage loan originator since 1991 and has extensive experience with a variety of home financing options, including Conventional, FHA, VA, USDA, Reverse Mortgages, and programs designed for first time homebuyers. He focuses on clear communication and accessibility throughout the loan process to help clients understand their options and stay informed.

Robert has lived in the Sacramento area for more than 40 years and remains active in the local community. He serves on the Sacramento Association of Realtors® Finance Committee and previously held the role of Affiliate Finance Chair from 2003–2005. He also serves on the Board of Directors for Rebuilding Together Sacramento, an organization supporting Veterans and elderly homeowners through critical home repairs and accessibility improvements.

Before joining Guild Mortgage, Robert was a member of the VITEK Mortgage Group President’s Club from 1999 until the company’s merger with Guild. Throughout his career, he has worked with clients across varying market conditions and loan scenarios, applying his industry knowledge and long term experience to assist borrowers in navigating the home financing process.
