Darren literally saved the day, and I wholeheartedly recommend him. I had initially secured pre-approval loan doc from a large lender with the stagecoach. We progressed through the deal with frequent communications until our offer on the new home had been accepted. It was at that point the loan agent informed us that he had made a mistake and couldn't complete our loan as structured in our loan doc. The loan agent then proposed that we clean out all of our bank accounts in order to make the deal work. That was a deal-breaker for me. Fortunately, our real estate agent works frequently with Darren and put us in touch. Darren called me back right away while I was driving home from work, and by the next morning had everything set for us. Without Darren, we would have missed out on the opportunity to purchase our dream home. His communication and service was top notch. If we ever need another real estate loan, my first call will be to Darren.
