Mark Gazzigli is Branch Manager with Guild Mortgage in Redding, serving homebuyers and homeowners throughout California, Nevada, and Southern Oregon. Since entering the mortgage industry in 2001, Mark has helped clients navigate a wide range of financing needs, from first-time home purchases to complex investment property transactions.

 

Drawing on previous experience in wealth management and risk management, Mark is particularly skilled at identifying solutions for borrowers with multiple income sources, unique financial circumstances, and challenging loan scenarios. He enjoys helping first-time homebuyers achieve homeownership while also applying his problem-solving expertise to meet the needs of seasoned real estate investors.

Mark's dedication to the mortgage profession has earned him multiple President's Club awards as well as recognition from the local Board of Realtors for his service and contributions to strengthening the real estate and mortgage industry.

 

A California native and Shasta County resident since 1982, Mark has remained actively involved in his community through various service organizations and several years with the Shasta County Sheriff's K-9 Search and Rescue Team. He takes pride in helping individuals and families make informed financial decisions while building lasting relationships throughout Northern California and beyond.
