Jayson was referred to me by a neighbor who had a great experience, and I did too! He was very patient with my million questions and reviewed all the options for rates and terms, giving me both pros and cons. It was a tricky process because of the time of year with fluctuating rates, the election, seemingly conflicting economic data, our own challenging financial situation, and trying to sell and buy simultaneously. But he handled it all calmly and efficiently, keeping us in the loop throughout, resulting in a seamless transaction where we sold our existing house on Tuesday, bought our new house on Wednesday, and were able to have a stress-free Thanksgiving on Thursday.
