Dave Morris

Dave entered the Lending industry shortly after obtaining his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a Real Estate and Land Use Affairs degree at CSU Sacramento. Since March of 1990, Dave has seen the market fluctuations throughout. He has assisted borrowers and buyers alike through their good and bad times; financing after divorce, one with credit issues, assisting on a property from one's heirs, etc. Whether refinancing or purchasing, residential or commercial he has worked hands on with a variety of transactions. Throughout his tenure he has developed a loyal borrower base and developed referral partner relationships within and outside of the industry.

As a former student athlete and college All-American in soccer, I know what type of extra time and effort it takes to achieve ones goals. I have found that the key to a smooth transaction simply consist of listening to each borrowers wants and needs and communicating effectively to all parties of any given transaction.
