Cyndi Nunez

With a career spanning nearly 40 years in mortgage lending, Cyndi Nunez brings unmatched experience, a sharp eye for complex deals, and a heart for helping others. Since starting in 1986, she’s worked in every corner of the industry—from Secondary Marketing and Underwriting to Processing, Funding, Doc Drawing, and Leadership roles, including Branch Manager and District Manager.

Since joining Guild Mortgage in 2009, Cyndi has helped thousands of families finance their homes with confidence, clarity, and compassion. She is a Producing Branch Manager and Senior Loan Officer who thrives in challenging lending scenarios. Her specialties include non-QM loans, as well as transactions involving divorce, family dissolution, estate transfers, and inheritance. She’s especially known for her ability to analyze complex tax returns quickly and accurately, making her a go-to resource for self-employed borrowers and financial professionals alike.

Cyndi also serves as the Curriculum Director for Guild’s national Elevate Coaching program, where she develops and leads coaching content that helps loan officers scale their business with systems, mindset, and modern strategies. Her leadership shapes the future of origination at Guild and beyond.

Off the clock, Cyndi and her husband of 29 years run a plant nursery and beer garden, blending their love for hospitality, nature, and connection. A recent passion for travel has expanded her perspective, fueling her both personally and professionally.
