We engaged with Tommy after having decided that a major financial institution we had first contacted was not performing to our expectations in responsiveness and understanding of our needs. After our first conversation with Tommy we were extremely impressed with his knowledge and he clearly explained our options. Within the hour we had received a document laying out the types of mortgage, terms, rates, down payments in a manner we were able to easily define the option that was right for us. As we moved forward within the first days we were informed of ALL the documentation we were required to provide.
