Ron Meridith is a Partner and Sr. Mortgage Loan Originator. He has been in the mortgage industry since 2000 and is passionate about making your mortgage experience stress-free. Ron always has your best interest at heart and takes the time to educate you about the mortgage process, asking questions to learn about your current and future financial goals.

Ron actively watches the market to keep up-to-date on ever-changing rates. This helps him to educate you on when to lock-in your mortgage rate to ensure you get the best mortgage option available. His goal is to build a trusting relationship with you, not just complete a transaction.

A Conventional loan is a great option if you have an average to high credit score and little debt. This allows you to take advantage of lower interest rates. With these types of loans, you have the option to put 20% down, which eliminates the need for private mortgage insurance (PMI) and saves you money. If you don’t have a large down payment saved up though, don’t worry. We have Conventional loan options for down payments as low as 3%.

They’re also insured by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) and only issued by FHA-approved lenders.
