Jennifer Bigelow Ascher

Jennifer Ascher is a Mortgage Loan Originator; she is licensed to serve California and Washington. Jennifer has been in the mortgage and real estate industry since 1997. Since starting her mortgage career, she has worked in all areas of finance and real estate, giving her a solid understanding of the entire real estate process. Being a loan officer that is fluent with all the ins and outs of the entire real estate transaction process, from contract to closing, has helped her build a strong referral-based business from past clients, real estate professionals and business associates. Jennifer prides herself on her strong customer service skills and treating each client like family.

Jennifer grew up in the Orange County and San Diego areas. She currently lives in Orange County with her husband and four rescue pugs; she has one daughter who attends San Diego State University. Jennifer graduated from National University with a Bachelor of Arts in Interdisciplinary Studies.

Away from the office, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family, friends, and dogs. She loves hiking, gardening, cooking, and yoga. She has an extreme passion for the environmental movement and has been providing pro-bono services for a green development firm in San Diego, California, since 2004. Jennifer also volunteers for a nonprofit organization that rescues dogs from high kill shelters in Southern California.
