Hello My name is Glen and I had the pleasure of working with Thomas Bouda. This was an awesome experience refinancing my home and being approved for the CalHFA's ADU Grant Program. This program allowed In February of 2022 the grant was $25000 for Homeowners and by April of 2022 the grant increased to $40000. My original interest rate was 4.375% and it decreased to 3.75% by Thomas buying down the interest rate. This was truly a blessing and Thomas professionalism in updating his clients with pertinent information was remarkable. Thomas took the time to answer all my questions and concerns in a timely manner which was appreciated. If your looking for someone to provide all your refinancing CalHFA grants and ADU projects I recommend Thomas Bouda. If your looking for someone who is vested in your best interest prioritizing you as a client and getting fast results I recommend Thomas Bouda. Sincerely Glen Godfrey

Thomas was fantastic! My case was not an easy one - but the time care and effort he put in to the case and to keep me informed helped make a complicated process feel a lot more understandable and manageable. Couldn't have done it without him!

Thomas was very helpful and very professional. I can tell when someone is not knowledgeable enough or doesn't really care about their job. Thomas was always on point and he was there to answer any questions through the whole loan process. He managed to win our trust with our investment. At first I was a bit skeptical about Guild mortgage but Thomas showed me that Guild mortgage is a solid company. I had always known about the disaster of the entire housing market of 2008 with all of the sub prime mortgages but I found out the Guild never did deal with sub prim mortgages. That to me was peace of mind.
