There was an issue with your hired appraiser. He wrote up a missing CO detector. Required an onsite re-inspection fee. Would not accept a photo of the new installed sensor and charged an additional $250 to sign off. The day we got the keys I entered the home and saw the new CO detector , as well as the CO DETECTOR that was there the whole time. I should definitely get my $250 back that be forced us to pay unnecessarily. I’m very dissatisfied with how that all transpired.
