I have 18 years' experience in Mortgage lending and am very fluent in Spanish. I am experienced with FHA, VA and Conventional loans. I am very knowledgeable with down payment assistance programs. I work with a full range of borrowers. I especially enjoy working with First Time Homebuyers because I strive to make sure first-time homebuyers are comfortable with their new home purchase and fully understand the mortgage transaction. My passion is education all my clients and partners.
