Rich became a licensed Mortgage Planner in 1998 after working for 10 years in corporate sales and marketing.  With a strong product knowledge and financial background, Rich is committed to providing clients with a wide range of options and outstanding customer service.  He grew up in Northern California and graduated from CSU Chico with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Marketing.  Since 1998 Rich has been helping his clients obtain financing for both primary residences and investment properties.
