Lily always responded to all of our questions. The process was a bit more complicated than expected but she still managed to get us to close escrow.
My loan officer Bianca Jimenez was very knowledgeable and patient with me. I'm a first time home buyer & had lots of questions and she explained everything in detailed. She was always available whether through text or phone call. The best part is that she was able to get me good rate and beat Lennar's rate in the end. This team made our dream come true. We are a first time home buyers and the process can be very tedious and complicated.
