We just closed on a home in San Marcos for clients who had worked with her years ago. Linda is wonderful! She initially came referred to us from a family member who worked with her, and this is now our second time having Linda as our home lender through Guild Mortgage. When we were first considering selling our current home, she made time to speak with us as we asked her advice and insights into the market, rates etc. She’s always been transparent and honest about how things are looking and did the most she could to get us the best rates possible. Linda was very accommodating as we requested multiple (and I mean probably 10 or more) different worksheets throughout the process that showed various financial scenarios. Our realtor also said how great Linda was to work with when preparing our offers and getting us through the closing process - and she sure moved fast! We are so grateful to Linda and all of her help the whole way through! We could not recommend her more.
