About me
Thank you very much for considering Guild Mortgage for your financing needs. We are well aware that there are numerous options for consumers these days, and we do not take lightly our responsibility to provide you with excellent customer service.
Even in the best of times, buying or refinancing a home can be a very stressful experience. That being said, we are now in an era of over regulation, over documentation and confusing disclosure requirements that all lenders must follow. A huge part of my job is to help you navigate through this process so that you reach your ultimate goal, which is to move into your new home or refinance into a better loan.
I have found over the years that the most important part of my job is good communication with my clients. I always stay on top of my files, I try to keep all parties updated along the way, and I try to deal with problems up front and solve them as early as possible.
My role as a loan officer is to discuss loan programs, interest rates, rate lock options and any other strategies you might have with regards to your loan or your finances in general. For processing or paperwork, you may call my assistant, Tyler Bolaski 951-775-7270.
