About Me

As a mortgage advisor for more than 20 years, I have the experience, knowledge and expertise to guide you through the loan process, no matter how complex or simple your situation. The mortgage process can be a complicated and overwhelming to many, which is why I pride myself in making the process as simple and as stress-free, as possible. Whether you’re a first-time buyer, a savvy investor, up or downsizing, or looking to refinance, I know the importance of listening to your needs, educating and explaining your options, so you feel confident and comfortable making the best decisions to meet your financial goals. Good communication and accessibility are my top priorities. I can be reached in person, by phone, email or text, and will keep you updated every step of the transaction and will even be with you at the loan signing table! Your complete satisfaction is my goal and I strive to have clients for life, not just a transaction!

After graduating from The Ohio State University with a Bachelor of Science in Finance, my career in mortgage lending began with Bank of America where I attained titles of Vice President, Financial Relationship Manger, and Sr. Mortgage Loan Officer over 17 years. I also became a licensed real estate broker and co-owned a mortgage company in Temecula, so I have an extensive and broad real estate, lending and client service background.

On a personal note, I’m a mother of four. My free time is devoted to them, attending their many sporting events, playing tennis, golf, bowling or taking in a movie. I’m also an avid OSU football fan.

We have loan options to fit every situation, from down payment assistance programs for first-time homebuyers to government-sponsored programs for military families and rural residents or jumbo loans in high-cost markets.

Conventional

A Conventional loan is a great option if you have an average to high credit score and little debt. This allows you to take advantage of lower interest rates. With these types of loans, you have the option to put 20% down, which eliminates the need for private mortgage insurance (PMI) and saves you money. If you don’t have a large down payment saved up though, don’t worry. We have Conventional loan options for down payments as low as 3%.

Down payment assistance

If you’re purchasing your first home, you have options to buy without saving a full down payment. Down payment assistance (DPA) programs can help with your down payment in the form of a loan or grant that is often forgiven over time.
FHA

FHA

If you’re looking to buy on a tight budget, these loans are a great option. It’s easier to qualify for FHA loans because they carry lower credit score requirements and lower down payment options starting at 3.5% down. They’re also insured by the Federal Housing Administration (FHA) and only issued by FHA-approved lenders.
