At closing she stayed at my side and made corrections where needed, the title agent was polite and thorough. Seanna was always one step ahead, sending updates and forms before closing, and thoroughly answering all my questions. Seanna was brilliant, the interest rate she acquired for me is probably the best in town! She also referred Paul the agent, Paul obtained Inspectors and estimates and everything I needed. He handled negotiations masterfully. I was so happy to be able to rely on such professionals, now I can enjoy my beautiful new home!

Many loan officers can help a well-qualified, experienced client purchase a home and make it a smooth transaction. Seanna is one of the few that can make this happen for those that are self-employed, have lower credit scores, or are first time buyers. She’s one that I know will truly explore all options to be sure her client has the best possible loan scenario for their situation.
