Every buyer, homeowner, and investor has different goals, priorities, and circumstances. My job is to get to know what you're trying to accomplish, walk you through your options, and explain the pros and cons so you know exactly what you're choosing between. I'll give you my recommendation and explain why, but ultimately, the decision is yours.

I've worked in finance since 2012 and in mortgage lending since 2018. Before becoming a mortgage loan advisor, I spent several years in banking, including home equity lending. That background shaped the way I approach mortgages today. I look at the loan as one piece of your bigger financial picture and focus on finding a financing strategy that supports your goals.

I work with first-time and experienced homebuyers, self-employed borrowers and business owners, real estate investors, and homeowners exploring ways to use the equity they've built. Sometimes the path is straightforward. Other times, a closer look at your income, assets, property, or goals can open up options that aren't immediately obvious. My experience with both traditional and alternative financing gives me more than one way to approach those situations.

Just as important to me is the relationship we build along the way. I'm not interested in simply closing your loan and disappearing. I want to be the person you feel comfortable calling years from now when you're thinking about buying your next home, investing, using the equity you've built, or simply wondering what your options are. My goal is to make clients for life.

I've called Tucson home since 2011 and am licensed to help clients throughout Arizona and California. When I'm not talking mortgages, you'll usually find me spending time with my daughter, family, and the friends who've become family, traveling whenever I get the chance, hanging out with my dog, adding another plant to a collection that definitely doesn't need another plant, or dancing when good music comes on.
