Tina began her mortgage lending career in 1999 when she moved to Northwest Arkansas. Prior to that, Tina was an Escrow Officer/Closer for over 17 years. She has concentrated on providing FHA, VA, RD and Conventional financing. She also works with Consumer Lenders to provide the permanent financing for new construction projects. Tina was such a huge help! We were first time home buyers doing a short sale transaction and Tina was nothing but helpful and encouraging. She stayed in communcation every step of the way, which is very beneficial for someone who is type A and doesn't have control of the situation . When we first spoke with Tina I let her know that I was going to be very annoying - checking for updates constantly, asking all the question, and going a million miles an hour. She assured me that she could handle the challenge and loved all the first time home buyer questions - that definitely seems accurate after working with her! She was truly a blessing during such a life changing time. We met with so many lenders before Tina, and I'm so glad we didn't settle on any of the ones before . We will definitely be reccomending Tina!
