As the Area Manager for Guild Mortgage in Alaska, I am dedicated to building Trusted Advisor relationships with our clients. With over 32 years of combined experience in mortgage lending in the State of Alaska, my team and I provide comprehensive understanding and custom loan plans to meet each borrower's unique needs. We specialize in Alaska Housing Finance Corporation (AHFC) programs, including FHA, VA, USDA, Conventional, and HUD, as well as down payment assistance programs and grants. Whether you’re a first-time homebuyer or a seasoned investor, we’re here to help you achieve your homeownership goals.

Born and raised in Alaska, I have a deep connection to the community and a thorough understanding of the unique challenges and opportunities that come with living in this beautiful state. I have lived in Alaska for over 54 years and started in the mortgage industry in 2008. I hold a master's in business administration from Alaska Pacific University and a bachelor's degree from the University of Oregon- go Ducks! As an Eagle Scout, I value integrity and service, which I bring to my professional and personal life. Outside of work, I enjoy exploring the Alaskan wilderness, fishing, and spending time with my family.

My passion for helping others extends beyond my professional life. I currently serve at the request of the Governor of Alaska on the Board of Certified Real Estate Appraisers. Additionally, I have served as a board member for the Armed Services YMCA and volunteered as a coach for the Alaska Special Olympics. I am also a proud member of the Academy Corp, participating in volunteer expeditions throughout the world in support of communities in need. My wife and I are proud supporters of the Alaska Junior Theater and actively involved in other local charitable organizations.
